On this lovely friday!

TGIF = Thank God is Friday! ...... Well was in school coaching and just nice TP was having their CCN day..... well it's been soooo long since i'm involve in TP CCN day..... well today saw how busy the students were involving in it... and it does brings back sweet memories man.... Was touring the school with Jasmine(my junior in my sec sch), suddendly realise there's alot of changes happening ard the sch.... (omg! suddendly i feel so old!)
I would like to thank Jasmine for accompanying me! for finally after so long... i manage to taste Biz canteen the Chinese food stall 'Hor fan' again.... Yum yum Yummy!
Nothing much happening today for me..... it just another coaching day for me! bleahz =) however tom is weekend leh!!! wooohoo....

Just came back home.... Kinda free today, were basically wasting my time away! omg! Went to pivot point with Kheng. First time doing hair spa! kinda shiok leh! Take a look at my space helmet!!! hahah first time using it..... after awhile there will be smokes(steams) coming out.... maciam like those kind of show we saw on tv.... seems like i'm practicising some kung fu like that ! hahahaha

After that, i decided to cut my hair short! haha.. crazy idea... bcos i feel that i wanna a new me! as in a new look.. =p

Well after the haircut, basically wasting my time away....... went to borders to find books for Kheng.... then went apple showroom.... ohhh those computers and my iPod!!! *drooling* lioaz.....

Went to watch 'Stepford wives' after that, hahahha... a very silly and short show! It's more like a stress-reliever though.... luckily watch it today and not over the weekend... Save money eh.... keke........

Today is a relaxing day for me..... and guess wat it's not a sunday! i think i better start working hard! =p

Mom bday celebration =)

Well... didnt reallie have a great party there.. however i think it's the thoughts that count yah.. Went to Yun Nan chinese resturant to have our dinner... yum yumm =) It was so nice to see mum smiling throughout the whole outings.. =) i feel so happy! After dinner treat my sis go play arcade! keke~ dad and mom join in the fun too .... family outing? hahahah...... Came back home to cut bday cake ( i bought for mum) =)
Realise that mum has aged alot ... nevertheless she look exceptional pretty on her special day. =) Smilez written all over mum face. =) She was smiling non-stop........ =)
Well it been a long time since i see her smiling non-stop ... Well it reallie feels gd when u see yr loved one smile. =) I believe she must have enjoyed yrself... and when she receive her present which is a seiko watch brought by my dad (ohh ... isnt tt so sweet) she was all smile again. =)

Last day of the Olympics Swimming Competition

Well... finally it has come to an end of the whole olympics swimming competitions. 8 great days of swimmings!!! Definately enjoying myself during these 8 days of competition... fantastic.. sensational swimming performance by so many top class swimmer. *salutes* *round of applause* for them
Grant Hackett retains his 1500m free with much sweats though... he was push to the limits by the american and british swimmer for the last 500m or so.... Though he celebrates his victory by standing on the starting block after that, he couldnt even stand still and his legs were reallie soft after a gruelling 1500m race as we can see that he couldnt even go down the starting block properly and cant even walk properly too.
Inge de brujin retains her 50m free olympic gold and making her the fastest woman in this year olympic again. Power swim by her...... she was in control right from the start till the finishing.
Last two events of the day... 4 x 100 medly women and men. It was won by the australian and americans respectively. Both teams won and establishing a new world record time at the same time......... *clap clap*
Michael Phelps unselfishly give his place in the relay to his fellow americans, Ian crocker, ohh my .. what a gesture from him.... reallie have to salutes him for that.
One lady caught my eye in this year olympics... and that is none other than Jodi Henry of Australia.... oh my..... she was my lady! such a sweet lady is the current 100m freestyler world record holder and she finishes so beautifully in her 4 x 100m Medley relay. On both events, all she did after her sensational swim was just a smile and waving at the crowd acknowledging their applause..... no fanatical celebrating as we saw so many athletes doing it ..... she just plain simple...... smiling and waving.... and her smile was soooo sweet that she melt my heart.......

Ohh What a lovely Lady!!! She look so sweet right! =)

Shocker!!!

Alexander Popov, the great russian swimmer did not qualify for 50m freestyle semifinals. Omg! Just two days ago, he misses out in qualifying for the 100m free and today he couldnt even qualify for the 50m free semifinals!
Well so u can see, how competitive is this yr olympics! Feeling kinda sad for him, he is reallie a great swimmer...... he is one that i admire alot.......... He shouldnt have swim in this yr olympics...
Very sad! To think that once he was so great in the pool for both 50m and 100m free (1992 and 1996 gold medalist for both events) and this yr olympics he couldnt even qualify for the finals for these two events..... hiaz...... very very sad!
This year gonna be his last olympics outing and to see him bow out of the competition just like that made me feel so sad for him...... Haiz..... =(

Abnormal event happen at Temasek Poly swim pool

At 3.30pm today, i witness an unusual happening at Temasek Poly (TP) swim pool. I was teaching at the trainning pool and over at the competition pool there is a swimming meet going on (Red Swastika School swim meet).... All of a sudden without warning, there was a huge heavy rain ... surprisingly it's only at the competition pool and the trainning pool was unaffected at all. Wooooo! What a sight! Basically, half of the swimming complex is rainning and the next half is sunny..... The weather has gone crazy !!! hahahahah.... I was at the teaching pool witnessing this strange event. Weird , weird, weird......

Been sleeping late and waking up early.... hiaz... dont know how long i can take it, feeling abit exhausted ..... however those olympic action is soooo exciting. Well.... It's going to be coaching later for me and my sis sch swimming competition. *snnoorreezz..* oopppsss... i'm falling asleep... ZZZZzzzzzz......

Alexander Popov is out of 100m free finals!!!!

Wah! stunning stunning!!! So many upsets happening in the pool......... firstly no US swimmer qualify for the 100m free semifinals and then now Alexander Popov of Russia didnt even make it into the finals! omg! Ian thorpe just manage to qualify (he is the the eighth to qualify to the finals) ...... This year olympic is definately very competitive!!!

Woman 200m free, another upsets of the day! It's lane 1 again that won the gold medal! Camelia Potec of Romania this time round! Ohh mind... so many upsets.... so interesting!!!! This year events are so closely fought! You never know who's going to be the winner till the very end!

Michael Phelps just collected his second olympic Gold medal in 200m Butterfly..... nearly being pit by Takashi Yamamoto of Japan..... Anyway wooo exciting swimming finals!!!

Day 3 of Olympics

It's Thorpedo again! Yes....... He won the event of the century (200m freestyle) Look at those white bubbles created by his huge feets.... just like those bubbles created by those mini jet... Scary!! Well fantastic tactical swim by him..... well paced throughout.... a well deserved victory indeed for him. *applause*
*applause* for the Chinese lady, Luo Xuejuan, winning unexpectly a gold medal in 100m breastroke in olympic record time!!! And mind... she was in Lane 1..... total dark horse. *Salutes* for she did Asians proud in the swimming pool =)

US basketball loses to Puerto Rico ... omg ... yeah ! wat Puerto Rico? sorry i didnt even know there is such country around..... thanks to US, they make this country be known to us. Well what actually happen to US in this olympic...they losing their power, they losing their steam.... keke~

Ronald Susilo, will he get our first ever GOLD medal!?!?! It seems possible...... if he does it , he's going to be a million richer! wah!!!! Suddendly millionaire leh! omg!

There alots of upset happening in this year Olympics....... woooohooo... making it soooo soooo sooo interesting to watch.... Definately going to stay tune tonight again. =p

Olympics !!!

Stay up late last night to watch the olympics action...... oh mind... did i made the correct decision........ spectacular! amazing! stunning! and I believe more would come as the days goes by.

Ronald Susilo, our very own badminton player stun the Chinese..... it was great play by him.... all those sparings just glue my eyes to the tv..... however i got my swimming events to watch.... so basically i'm involve in my very own mini sport at home ( channel surfing) hahaha....

Back to my Fav sports, Swimming...... saw the 200m freestyle semi finals, and it was a great appetizer for tonights finals! With the likes of Peter van hoogeband, Ian thorpe, Michael Phelps and Grant Hackett competing in the same events.... woooooo..... cant imagine how close this event is going to be like..... i'm drooling in anticipation now .... cant wait to watch this event!
Hail the other countries swimmers! for they have upstage the americans!!! Hahahahah..... just dont like to see the americans dominating the pool. And what a great swim by the 4 South Africans..... totally take swimming world in storms! Swimming their 4 x 100m free under world record pace for all the 4 legs. They have my utmost respect! *Salutes* However cant stand the way one of their swimmers celebrate their victory, i think he's too happy till he went out of his mind..... Victory has made him a proud and arrogrant man!
Japan got their very own olympic champ! Kosuke Kitajima is the man, he could have gotton DQ, lucky for him, the judges didnt see him do a butterfly kick....... Very lucky ah him......... Anyway he didnt swim below 1min and i actually feel disappointed at not able to see him and US Brendan Hansen swim below 1min in their 100mbreastroke in this olympics...
Well i think i better stop here now before i sound like a ESPN sportcaster! hahahahha....

It's a Sunday, ohh what a lovely sunday.......... Finally got my blog kick off. Pretty excited about it. Wooohooooo...........
Well slept late last night, went for swimming trainnig when i onli have 3hrs of sleep ytd...... so tired....... well took a nap and just woke up from it...... *yawns*
Watch some olympics action on TV just now..... impressive stuff..... can imagine the pride of each athlete........... an experience they would want to saviour =) Dont know whether will i be involve in any olympics, well i wish i could, however i'm running out of time... kinda too old lioaz..... if only i can live life again, or turn back time........ hahaha.... well i will go to olympics one day, prob not as a participant but as one of the spectators =)
Tonight at 12.30am or should i say tom at 12.30am...... it's going to be Ian Thorpe Vs Michael Phelps in the 200m Freestyle event. Exciting !!! gonna be the word to describe this event..... Thorpe doesnt seem impressive in his 400m free victory, however Phelps was magnificant in his victory in 400m I.M..... He did it with a world record.... it was an impressive swim from him.... kudos to him man. *salute* *clap clap* for his impressive performance.
Going to stay up late today to catch all those olympic actions ...... wooooohooo.....
